The mobile brick-making truck developed by Bright Dream Robotics provides one-stop solution of construction waste reduction, recycling and harmlessness, which can directly transform construction wastes into bricks for gardens and roads. Moreover, it can save fees of cleaning up and transferring construction wastes and purchasing construction materials like bricks, reduce dust pollution and directly decrease carbon emission released by material production and transportation of wastes.
By far, the mobile brick-making truck had transformed 450-ton construction wastes into more than 200,000 color bricks for roads (size in 230*115*60mm) in Fengtong Garden, one of pilot projects on intelligent constructions first approved by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China.
What’s more, indoor spraying robots of Bright Dream Robotics achieve high-quality spraying process parameters, combined with spraying experiment and computer fluid simulation. They optimize the spraying quality by adjusting the spraying parameters and lead to uniformity of spraying thickness, which avoids material wastes caused by repeated spraying.
In terms of the calculation and use of building materials, the BIM system and WMS system developed by Bright Dream Robotics calculate and use materials accurately, reducing the wastes of construction materials and decreasing the generation of wastes through digital managements. BIM material calculation system visualizes and digitalizes construction materials by calculating to correlate construction schedules with material consumption. WMS system precisely manages and digitally monitors automatic scheduling of logistics robots, automatic control of intelligent elevators and material consumption, especially its management of material consumption can be accurate to any building, any floor, any house type, including the number of coating materials and bricks used.
